It also has a sports ground and a 687-seat theatre. The special thing is that it was created not by the government or local administration, but by 71-year-old American billionaire Barry Diller. Its foundation was laid in 2013. About 1900 crore rupees have been spent on its construction. Berry Diller says that for people who are mentally disturbed in the Corona era, this park will work for lifesaving.
